Work Product:

No fewer than 60 images will be available to view online approximately 2-3 weeks after the date of the shoot. These images are the exclusive property of Wilken Photography. Images will be online for 30 days. Requests to leave the gallery open after the 30-day window will incur a $100 re-hosting fee.

Copyright of images remains with Wilken Photography. Final photos are licensed for your personal use and will come with printing and storing rights. Please credit Wilken Photography if you publish photos on personal social media accounts. Please do not alter or filter photos in any way.

Wilken Photography does not provide any unedited or RAW images to clients.

Clients are to be aware that there may be a slight difference in colour between what they view on their home monitor compared to what is printed. This is due to the difference in monitor calibration. All monitors used by the Photographer are fully calibrated and the colour profile matched to the professional printing lab used by the Photographer.

Indemnification:

While all due care will be taken on your photoshoot, the client agrees that Wilken Photography and its representatives are released from all and any liabilities. Wilken Photography and its representative's liability is limited to a full refund of any monies paid by the client, which shall be in full and final satisfaction to any damage or loss suffered. The photographer is under no obligation to capture any specific moment, pose, expression or person (s) during the shoot. Whilst every effort will be taken to capture a range of images no reshoots or refunds will be given should any children or adults not co-operate with the photographer. Small scratches or bruises on the subjects being photographed may be removed during editing. This will depend on the amount of work required and is not guaranteed to be performed. Birthmarks and other apparent permanent blemishes will be left unless it is specifically requested that they are removed.

An editing fee of $25 per photo may apply for any additional editing requested by the Client eg. Milk pimples, rashes. The Photographer does not offer extreme retouching services such as head swapping and changing clothing colours.

All images shown to the Client are at the discretion of the Photographer. There is no guarantee that any specific image from the session will be presented in the final gallery. The photographer does not offer re-edits off full completed galleries. The Client will not be given access to the unedited images from the photo session. The photographer is not required to maintain copies of the photos from this shoot on an external hard drive for 1 year after the photos have been received by the client.

Client permission:

The client grants permission for the photographer to use any images from vour photoshoot for promotional, advertising and/or editorial purposes, including but not limited to the photographer's portfolio, website and social media accounts.

Fees:

A non-refundable deposit of $100 (Creative booking fee) is required at the time of booking to reserve the agreed date and time, under no circumstances is the deposit returned to client. The balance of your chosen package must be paid in full no later than 14 days before your session.

Requests to leave the gallery open after the thirty-day window will incur a $100 re-hosting fee.

Travel fee of $100 applies to sessions out of area.

Wilken Photography is under no obligation to provide any refunds once photographer has delivered completed gallery for any reasons.

Postponements or cancellations:

In the case of rain or bad weather including high winds (determined by the photographer) or sickness, an alternative time and date will be arranged at no extra cost if sufficient notice is given.

If client required to postpone please provide at least 48 hours' notice. If less than 48 hours' notice is provided the initial payment will not be returned. If you postpone session less then 4 weeks notice your $100 non-refundable deposit or any money paid will not be transferable to new date. If client does not show up for the session a no-show fee of $300 will charged to client.
